Do you know of flood control projects in your area? Share them with Rappler!

Do flood control projects in your area help your community, or do they cause more harm than good?  Rappler is taking a closer look at how these government-funded projects are affecting Filipinos on the ground. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. called out corrupt officials and contractors accused of pocketing public funds meant for flood-control infrastructure in his fourth State of the Nation Address (SONA). The message was strong — but a clear, long-term roadmap for flood control was missing. We don't have to wait for the weeks, months, or years this investigation will take. Many of us live with these flood control projects. We pass by the construction sites.
