Review
I love coming across games that have that something a little different, something you haven't seen before and Justice Sucks definitely is a title that brings a whole different concept to the table.
You play as Dusty, an advanced AI compact vacuum after a fight with the warranty squad sends Dusty into the living room TV sending you to an alternate dimension you must use your unique skill set to survive and overcome the enemy threat. A fun concept of the game is the vicious attacks that Dusty can carry out literally obliterating the enemies and very efficiently cleaning up after yourself.
Don't be fooled by the cartoon styling this game is a full on violent gorefest and completely unapologetic about it, with it's tongue well and truly stuck in it's cheek the game doesn't take itself seriously but isn't here to just mess around, there is something quite satisfying about knocking your enemy down and then reducing them to body parts and pools of blood then the enjoyment of cleaning up as if nothing ever happened.
Each of the levels that you play through is fully interactive so you can use various appliances to your advantage and also use the environment itself which can take a bit of personal creativity. Keep an eye out for handy hiding spots that will also come in handy when the pressure is on, if you can get to the shadows then you'll be safe.
It actually surprised me how much I enjoyed Justice Sucks with all it's completely OTT gameplay it all just seems a good bit of gaming fun, exactly what gaming is meant to be just grab a beer (or beverage of choice) kick back, relax and kill bad guys. An interesting blend of stealth mechanics and exploration works well together with the action packed main gameplay giving a full rounded experience.
Graphics and Sound
For the graphics the developers have gone for a cartoon style that really highlights the fun aspect of the game, the details are there right down to the body parts that fly off. I get the feel of a 90s style cartoon sketch show with the overall look of this game and I am definitely here for it.
The soundtrack is fun and punchy really adding to the feel of the game, the in game sounds are good and work well highlighting the fun element of the game.
Summary
Time now then to put my thoughts into a summary, overall I felt that Justice Sucks does what it needs to do, a good fun game that will keep you entertained on going. The graphic side of the game works well along with the stealth that gives the game a well rounded albeit graphic experience.
Verdict-Out of 5
Good
I give Justice Sucks a good score of 4 quality gameplay with parts of comedy thrown in, the different styles of gameplay work really well together to give a well rounded game.
