Tomorrow, the controversial Hinman email documents are set to be unsealed. The documents relate to a speech given in 2018 by former director of the SEC's corporation finance division, Bill Hinman.
During that speech, Hinman expressed the view that Ethereum should not be classified as a security. The documents being unsealed could be huge for Ripple in their fight with the SEC, and the entire crypto industry as a whole.
