I realized my newsletter needs to go on a diet. It's just too long. I read a while ago that emails that are too long get clipped, and in order to view the missing content, the reader has to click the very small link which opens the full content in a new window. I realized yesterday that my habit is to scroll to the bottom of a newsletter and that's it.
So, how many of my subscribers do the same thing?
One is too many. I don't want any of my content to go unnoticed, so I'll have to find a way to eliminate anything unnecessary.
