The battle between Tatsulok and Commando in The Iron Heart is coming to an end this Friday.

First aired on November 14, 2022, The Iron Heart stars Richard Gutierrez as Apollo, who is on a mission to bring down a powerful syndicate, leading him to discover his true identity and his connection to the evil he is determined to end. He was joined by Albert Martinez, Jake Cuenca, Sue Ramirez, Dimples Romana and Christian Vasquez.
The series initially scored an average of 5-6% (based on AGB Nielsen NUTAM) and struggled to dominate over Mano Po Legacy, Luv Is, Hearts On Ice and Royal Blood. But when Love Before Sunrise came to the picture, it rose to an average of 8% and managed to become a consistent winner. It is the 5th to 7th most watched series on IWantTFC and the 2nd most watched series on Kapamilya Online Live. The series will have a total of 238 episodes, consisting of 2 seasons, once the long ride ends this Friday.
What makes The Iron Heart a strong contender of modern Pinoy action are its captivating story about control and betrayal, numerous plot twists which leave viewers pondering on what will happen as the story goes, and the maximization of hand-to-hand combat fighting. Star Creatives proved to be no slouch when it comes to producing action-packed series, a rarity for them to do such.
Richard Gutierrez, who's considered an action star of the new millennium, still hasn't lost his touch when it comes to fight scenes. Jake Cuenca, who has played several villain roles in the past, takes his role to the next level in playing Eros. Albert Martinez, who regained his fame in playing villain roles in the 90s, gave a good account of himself in playing Priam. Not to mention the chemistry between Dimples Romana and Christian Vasquez added a bit of spice to the series.
A slew of betrayal among members of two powerful groups may have ended. Nonetheless, it will be a long ride for viewers on The Iron Heart's final week as they will witness the final battle between Apollo and Eros in Japan.
