If you said, "Let it ride," you ain't wrong about that. Some days gotta let a mood take its course. My hope is that you are able to bounce back and step into your greatness. Get your winning season on.
Today is about perspective and attitude. Mine to be exact. This is a process, and I will see it to the end.
When I started this blog, it had a POV. I presented to everyone my take on films. I was a happy film studies student, and the blog was an extension of my thoughts on cinema. My creativity remains a blessing and gives to me daily. Daily, y'all.
At one time, I went through a lot of turmoil and upheavals, and the tone of the blog and subjects became more passive. This blog became a diary of sorts and ceased to be about cinema.
It is cool and a testimony to my creativity that I kept CINEs alive. I do love that I spoke a lot about writing and the creative process for me. I love that I made myself write on days I felt I had little to say or do.
Now, my blog feels passive. I've censored myself. That was a mistake. My confidence was sapped. It really inhibited my talents.
I don't mind a few posts on how my day is going, but this is a creative zone for putting thoughts down. This is what I'm here to get done. I'm a do it too. You'll see.
