Too soon after Christmas to go on a rant? What could we possibly have to gripe about?
Mountains of recycling? Go ahead. Count how many Amazon boxes you have in your house right now*. And remember, wrapping paper can't be recycled, or that's what I've heard.
Crappy gifts? Hey, hey. What ever happened to being thankful for the thoug—You got what? 😬 OK, that sucks.
Boxing Day sales. Remember all those gifts you bought a month ago? Yeah, they are all 50% off right now. Go ahead. you can say it. &#%*!
Family? Did you invite way too many guests for a pleasant meal? Were there awkward and inappropriate conversations from that one relative you didn't thick would come?
Christmas tree shedding like sheepdog in the springtime? Needles everywhere because either you forgot to water it or your dog had discover the delicious pine flavored water dispenser**. You will be finding needles, tinsel, and glitter for months.
Did you eat too much? Of course you did. Should I mention the credit card bill that's due next month? No? OK, I won't. What about the New Year's Eve party that you blew off last year so you have to make an appearance this time.
I could go on, but I won't. I need to get to the store to return some gifts and pick up some door crasher deals for the first 100 customers.
Oh! Don't forget, only 364 shopping days until Christmas.
