For some reason I've decided to do an A to Z of horror movies. I've given myself two rules: 1. It has to be a movie I have watched. 2. It cannot be a movie I've already mentioned in a previous post. So here goes:
A is for Absentia (2011)
Tricia's husband has been missing for seven years. Just as he is about to be declared dead, he reappears. A mysterious tunnel nearby seems to be causing people to vanish.
B is for Bodies Bodies Bodies (2022)
A group of self-involved rich kids (plus partners) are trapped in a mansion during a hurricane and one of them may be a murderer. It has a great ending.
C is for Cold Skin (2017)
Two men in barricaded lighthouse who are weather observers on a remote island are attacked by humanoid fish people every night. One of the men captures a female and takes it back to the lighthouse which escalates the standoff.
D is for Don't Breathe (2016)
Three delinquents break into a house inhabited by a blind Gulf War veteran who turns out to be an expert hunter with dark secrets of his own.
E is for Eden Lake (2008)
A couple stay by a lake during their holidays only to be violently harrassed by a group of teenagers who live locally. It turns deadly...
F is for Fresh (2021)
A woman dates a man only to find he imprisons women and cuts them up for meat which he then sells to his rich clientele. Can she escape before she becomes a meal for his clients?
G is for Green Room (2015)
A punk band is attacked by neo-nazi skinheads after witnessing a murder. Surprisingly, Patrick Stewart plays the leader of the skinheads.
H is for Haunt (2019)
A group of friends go to a haunted house during Halloween. It turns out to be deadlier than they expect. Has many creepy clowns in it.
I is for Insidious (2010)
A comatose boy becomes a vessel for ghosts and demons. After being plagued by supernatural attacks the boy's parents hire a psychic to help them.
