REA Reaction
We knew of Abduction 4 Enterprises by reputation. It has long been well-regarded for having strong, physical challenges... and I am happy to report that reality matches reputation.
Abduction 4 Enterprises was essentially a series of physical and strategic challenges, wrapped in the aesthetic of the Batcave from the Christopher Nolan Batman films.
This is the vibe, but this image is cooler. Image via Batman Arkham Knight.
From a physicality standpoint, we certainly worked hard in this game, but it wasn't an even effort. Our strongest, most agile player put in a lot more work than the rest of the team. And our second most physical player was essential at a pivotal moment. It would have been profoundly difficult to complete Abduction 4 Enterprises without having a pair of players on the team who had a favorable strength-to-weight ratio.
These physical challenges were a lot of fun, and the rush of conquering them was real.
Abduction 4 Enterprises wasn't all physicality. There were mental challenges, but they felt small and under-developed in comparison to the physical challenges.
If your team is excited by the prospect of a physical challenge escape room, I highly recommend Abduction 4 Enterprises. We squeezed this game in at the last minute, mid-trip, and I am so happy that we did.
