Sa panayam ng "At The Forefront" sa Bilyonaryo News Channel, sinabi ni Cruz na 402 ang POGO operation sa bansa — mayroon sa Luzon, Visayas at Mindanao. "Majority of these POGOs are in Metro Manila. We are looking at around 402 POGO operation in the whole of the Philippines. In Luzon, we have POGOs, in Visayas we have POGOs, in Mindanao we have POGO operation," wika niya. Inamin ni Cruz na maliit lamang ang workforce nila pero nakikipag-ugnayan sila sa Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) at Philippine National Police (PNP) para makatulong sa kanilang mga operasyon laban sa organized crime.
