Join the cartooning roundtable at Rappler on Sept. 29, 4 pm

As part of the 12th Active Vista Human Rights Festival, DAKILA, Cartooning for Peace (CFP), and Rappler, will be holding "PAK Dem!", a roundtable discussion on political cartooning for democracy and human rights. This will happen at the Rappler Newsroom on Sunday, September 29, 4 pm.
