PhilFest Mississauga 2024: Celebrating Filipino Culture and TFC's 30th Anniversary
The Mississauga Celebration Square will come alive with the vibrant colors and rhythms of the Philippines as PhilFest Mississauga returns on September 14-15. This year's festival promises a grand celebration of Filipino heritage and cultural diversity.
ABS-CBN International's TFC joins forces with the Kalayaan Filipino Cultural Organization and the City of Mississauga to mark TFC's 30th anniversary. This collaboration brings an extraordinary lineup of entertainment to the Filipino community in Canada.
TFC's 30th Anniversary: A Star-Studded Celebration
In honor of TFC's three decades of service to Filipinos worldwide, the festival will feature performances by iconic figures in Original Pilipino Music (OPM). The OPM Legends—Pops Fernandez, Joey Albert, and Odette Quesada—will headline the TFC Happy Hour on September 15 at 4:45 pm.
Pops Fernandez, the "Concert Queen," Joey Albert, a beloved icon of Filipino music, and Odette Quesada, a legendary songwriter and singer, will grace the stage with their timeless hits.
Emerging artists Gabe Bondoc and Jeremy Passion will also perform under MYX Presents on September 14 at 9 pm.
