Hi, daily! With the State of the Nation Address (SONA) coming up on July 28, we want to hear from you! What do you want to be tackled during SONA? Are there issues that you hope would be prioritized? Rappler will be holding a series of community chats on the Rappler app to offer a platform for Filipinos to converse about the state of the nation from their perspective. These conversations will be held in the Philippine politics and Justice and Crime chat rooms on the Rappler app. Rappler has also partnered with think tanks, academic institutions, civil society organizations, and legal experts to help unpack the state of the nation from different perspectives, especially during these community chats. Among these organizations are Ateneo de Davao University, Ateneo Human Rights Center, Council for People's Development and Governance, De La Salle University - Jesse M. Robredo Institute of Governance, IBON Foundation, Karapatan, and Movement Against Disinformation. These community chats are open for everyone! You can ask questions, share your experiences, or just read along.
