BillEase, the Philippines' leading buy now, pay later (BNPL) and consumer finance app, held its 2024 Media Conference at LuUxent Hotel,
Quezon City, first of many conferences to discuss groundbreaking financial solutions and welcoming a new brand ambassador.
Garret Go, Chief Finance Officer of BilIEase, introduced the company's core offering: a
convenient credit line that functions like an e-wallet but without the need for an initial deposit.
"Once customers sign up, they receive a credit limit, allowing them to make purchases at more
than 10,000 partner merchants online and in offine stores," Go explained. He emphasized
BilIEase's commitment to affordability, transparency, and efficiency, highlighting services such
mobile top-ups, bill payments, and cash loans -many available without interest or fees.
Go underscored the platform's 99% automation rate, ensuring rapid access to funds when
customers need it most. "We launched BillEase in 2017 witha clear vision: to broaden financial
options that cater to our customers' needs. By leveraging machine learning and Al, we operate
more efficiently and offer affordable financial solutions without hassle," he added.
Kurt Molina, Head of Merchant Products, discussed the advantages of using BilIEase when
shopping with QRPH, which is available at 600,000 merchants nationwide. Molina also hinted at
an exciting new product, further expanding BillEase's innovative lineup.
The conference reached its pinnacle as Jose Fernandez, Chief Marketing Officer, unveiled
BillEase's new brand ambassador: Kim Chiu. "This partnership highlights BilIEase's mission to
make online shopping and bill payments more accessible through flexible payment options,"
Fernandez stated. "We envision building financial services that highlight responsible shopping
and enable consumers."
The event concluded with the official signing of Kim Chiu's contract, warmly welcoming her into
he BillEase family. As the new face of BillEase, Chiu is set to amplify the company's message
f financial empowerment and accessibility.
