GMA Network, the Philippines' leading network, recently launched its new station ID, "Isa Sa Puso ng Pilipino" (One in Heart with Filipinos). The station ID celebrates GMA's dedication to Filipinos worldwide and its legacy in the broadcast media industry. Unveiled in anticipation of the Network's 75th anniversary next year, the ID delivers a powerful message of unity and shared values.
Bannered by some of the Network's biggest stars and personalities, "Isa Sa Puso ng Pilipino" encapsulates GMA's commitment to Filipinos. The station ID emphasizes GMA's role as not just a witness but as one in heart with Filipinos throughout their various journeys.
The station ID encourages everyone to embrace the collective experiences and intrinsic values that shape the Filipino identity. It subtly incorporates the phrase "isasapuso" (to take to heart) and promotes the ideals, traditions, and aspirations that unite Filipinos. Together, "Isa sa Puso ng Pilipino" and "isasapuso" represent a powerful expression of unity, shared values, and heartfelt dedication that deeply connect with Filipinos.
Over the decades, GMA Network has grown into the biggest and most trusted media institution in the Philippines. The network continues to inspire, stand up for, and empower Filipinos through relatable and inspiring characters, heroic figures, and steadfast commitment to the truth and balanced reporting. GMA champions individuals and communities, fostering a culture of integrity, resilience, and hope. The network is dedicated to enriching lives and will continue to be a beacon of trust and inspiration for future generations of Filipinos.
"Isa Sa Puso ng Pilipino" was performed by Julie Anne San Jose and other Kapuso singers, accompanied by the Orchestra of the Filipino Youth (OFY). OFY is a full orchestra under the organization Ang Misyon Inc., dedicated to offering free music education and support to talented, underprivileged Filipino youth.
Under the baton of Gerard Salonga and the guidance of professional mentors, the OFY curriculum is specifically curated for a high-quality youth orchestra. The lyrics were penned by Brian James Camaya, Christine Autor, Samantha Toloza, and Rina L. Mercado, with composition by Rina L. Mercado and arrangement by Roxy E. Fabian and Joe L. Cruz. The jingle was produced by Rocky S. Gacho.
